Capturing the joy and solemnity of the Iftar gathering with ABL Group at the Berau site. The event brought together the entire ABL family in Berau, along with our Worker partners. Through this gathering, ABL aims not only to strengthen bonds of camaraderie but also to foster unity among employees at the Berau site. With a strong sense of togetherness and collaboration in line with ABL's values, we believe that achieving increased productivity will be easier in the years to come.

on March 20, 2024 marks a special occasion as ABL Group and its esteemed partners come together to break fast in the spirit of unity and collaboration. Under the theme 'Semangat Ramadhan untuk mempererat tali silahturahmi dan persaudaraan untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi demi meraih kemenangan bersama. Alongside the iftar, ABL extends its support to an orphanage, with representatives joining us for this memorable occasion. We hope that this initiative propels ABL to greater heights in the future. A heartfelt thank you to all our partners for gracing this event and making it a memorable one.

Cyber Security

The dedication to remaining at the forefront of technology is apparent as Asian Bulk Logistics organizes an Online Training session in collaboration with Deloitte Consulting for all ABL employees. This training, focused on building a fundamental understanding of Cyber Security Awareness, seamlessly aligns with our ESG initiative. The significance of cybersecurity within the ESG context cannot be emphasized enough. By managing cyber risks within the broader framework of ESG, companies can safeguard not only their operations, customers, and reputation but also fulfill their wider social and environmental duties. This integration guarantees a comprehensive approach to sustainability and responsible business conduct.

ESG Training at Site

Beginning an ESG endeavor, Asian Bulk Logistics conducted a Gap Analysis in its operational regions from November 13 to November 14, 2023. Collaborating with Green consultant, the company together with consultant assessed the on-ground implementation and mapped out existing practices within the shipping industry concerning ESG. This initiative also included ESG awareness training for all ABL employees in the operational areas. As part of the comprehensive assessment, visits and surveys were conducted on our CTS and tug n Barge. ABL remains unwavering in its commitment to champion ESG within our company, believing that these endeavors are pivotal in realizing a sustainable future for our organization.

Coftober (Coffee Talk on October) is one of our employee engagement activities. This event took place on October 10, 2023, at of WK Pagi-Sore in Berau, East Kalimantan. with theme 'Know Your Coffee, Know Your Team.' Coftober was much more than a coffee-centric event; it was designed to foster deeper connections among our team members. It provided our employees with a platform to engage in meaningful conversations, share their experiences, and fortify the bonds within our ABL family. Despite our hectic operational schedules, we dedicated this special time to reaffirm our unwavering commitment to each and every member of our team. We believe that this event will contribute to building a stronger, more cohesive team that can easily achieve our company's targets.
