This milestone is a testament to the strength of exceptional talent across all functions, united by a shared purpose to turn challenges into momentum and aspirations into achievements. This celebration brought together our management and teams across Guinea, Perth, Sydney, Singapore, Berau, Sulawesi, Samarinda, and Bunati. a reflection of our integrated presence and strong collaboration across regions. As we look to the future, we remain committed to our vision of becoming the world’s best integrated logistics company, with people at the core and purposeful progress guiding every step we take.

ABL Ramadan Iftar gathering with strategic partners

On March 21, 2025, ABL Group held a special Ramadan Iftar gathering with our strategic partners, embracing the spirit of togetherness and collaboration. With the theme "Indahnya Ramadhan Merajut Silaturahmi dan Menyelaraskan Sinergi Untuk Mewujudkan Produktivitas," this event served as a meaningful moment to foster stronger relationships and reinforce our shared commitment to growth and excellence. As part of this gathering, ABL Group also contributed Rp 15,000,000 in donations to Panti Asuhan Muslimin Jaya and provided financial support to all orphans under their care. The event was further enlivened with exciting quizzes and door prizes worth millions of rupiah, adding joy and enthusiasm to the evening.

ABL Health Talk: Boosting Energy and Well-Being During Ramadan On Thursday, February 27, 2024, Asian Bulk Logistics held a Health Talk session as part of its Employee Engagement initiative. The session aimed to provide employees with essential knowledge on maintaining health and energy during Ramadan. Through this program, employees received insights on proper nutrition, hydration, and overall well-being to help them stay productive while fasting. By organizing such initiatives, ABL continues to demonstrate its commitment to fostering a supportive and healthy work environment for all employees.

The program emphasized engaging audiences by leveraging storytelling and interactive methods to capture and sustain attention. It also focused on adapting presentations to suit different audiences and contexts, ensuring messages resonate across teams, clients, and executives. Additionally, participants were trained to craft concise and impactful messages for clear communication, eliminating ambiguity, and ensuring greater understanding. This initiative underscores ABL’s commitment to empowering our teams with the skills needed to drive meaningful connections and elevate performance.
