JAKARTA, INDONESIA — ABL continues to invest in its people through the Training of Trainers (TOT) Level 3 program, which has developed 18 employees. The program forms part of ABL’s ongoing efforts to strengthen internal capability while preparing employees to share knowledge, develop competence, and support consistent learning across our operations.

Through TOT Level 3, participants are not only developing their ability to understand and apply knowledge, but are also being equipped to help others learn and grow. This role is important in creating a workplace that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing and the continued transfer of skills and experience across the organisation.

For ABL, building capability is not only about what we know, but how we use that knowledge to empower others. By developing 18 employees through this program, ABL is strengthening its internal capability to support continuous learning and enable people to grow together across the organisation.
