On 20 January 2025, The Strategic Alignment Workshop was held as a defining moment in ABL Group’s journey to strengthen business growth and accelerate our transformation into a world-class integrated logistics and infrastructure solutions provider. Designed to ensure a shared understanding, direction, and commitment across the organization, the session brought together leaders and teams under one common purpose—not only to sharpen internal alignment, but also to better serve our clients by responding more effectively to their evolving needs. Officially opened and led by our COO, Boby Andhika, and enriched by the strategic perspectives of Captain Tenggar Siregar, Deputy COO of ABL Group, the workshop served as a critical forum to align vision and mission with disciplined execution—clarifying roles and responsibilities, identifying gaps and risks, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
