Before joining Asian Bulk Logistics, she held several senior leadership positions in prominent publicly listed companies such as Indika Energy, PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati, PT Petrosea Tbk, PT Surya Citra Televisi, PT Surya Citra Media Tbk, and PT Courts Indonesia Tbk. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, he has held senior roles spanning engineering, maintenance, infrastructure development, and operational management within complex transport mining and industrial sectors.

Bill Bisset currently serves as Managing Director of TSA, a role he has held since 2025. He brings extensive experience across the logistics, shipping, resources, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, with a strong focus on strategic leadership, commercial performance, and managing complex, multinational operations.
Throughout his career, he has held a range of senior executive leadership roles, with responsibility spanning commercial strategy, operations, logistics, and organizational transformation. His experience also includes strategic advisory and board-level leadership roles, with oversight of large-scale operations across Australia, Asia, and international markets.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD). This combination of technical expertise, executive leadership, and governance capability enables him to lead TSA toward sustained growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Budi Setiawan currently serves as the Chief Corporate Services and Risk Management of PT. Asian Bulk Logistics. With 25 years of experience in the coal industry, covering areas from mining to marine operations, he is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire coal handling process from port to mothership.
Before taking on his current role, he spent nearly 20 years as a General Manager in procurement, marketing, and trading within the industry. His expertise in managing trading operations, procurement processes, and supply chain logistics has been pivotal in enhancing the operational efficiency and profitability of the companies he has served.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance Management from Catholic University Soegijapranata, Semarang. Gustina Sutanto, Chief Finance Officer at PT Asian Bulk Logistics, brings two decades of in-depth finance experience, renowned for her strong analytical abilities and adeptness at managing intricate projects under pressure. Before her current role, she served as General Manager Finance at Meratus Group, where she functioned as Chief Finance Officer for both the Logistics Business Unit and the Trucking Business Unit. In this capacity, she enhanced financial controls and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements for operations worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
During her time as Senior Finance Manager at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, she demonstrated her talent for achieving substantial cost reductions and boosting profitability.
Gustina earned her Master of Management in Finance and Investment and a Bachelor of Science in Computerised Accountancy from BINUS University, both with honors.

Bobby Andhika is a seasoned professional in shipping and logistics with over 20 years of experience in top-level management. Hermawan, SE, MM, CHRP, is the Chief Human Resources Officer of PT. Asian Bulk Logistics. He has more than 25 years of experience in HR across various industries, including mining, plantation, infrastructure, electronic printer manufacturing, and shipping. Hermawan is a strong HR professional with expertise in HR business partnering, change management, industrial relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Hermawan holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Mercu Buana University (2013–2015) and a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the same university (2010–2013). His academic background provides a solid foundation in both general management principles and specialized HR practices. Jason Chin is an experienced technical specialist with a strong background in port equipment maintenance, ship management and crane operations. He is currently Head of Technical at PT Asian Bulk Logistics, where he leads the technical department to ensure operational excellence for a large fleet. His career began in 1992 with a major port authority in Singapore, where he was responsible for the repair and maintenance of all types of port equipment. In 2004, he joined a German manufacturing company as a service engineer for marine, offshore, harbour and construction cranes throughout South East Asia. This role included responsibilities such as crane erection, commissioning and technical support.
In 2010, Jason moved to Indonesia and took on a management role overseeing the maintenance and repair of floating crane barges. He then progressed to his current role in Jakarta where he leads a team managing the repair and maintenance of seagoing vessels, tugs, barges and heavy equipment with a focus on improving operational efficiency, safety and fleet reliability.
Jason has a strong technical background with expertise in electrical engineering, diesel engines and hydraulic systems. He received his technical training from the Institute of Technical Education, which further developed his skills in maintenance strategy, technical troubleshooting and team management. Didik Santoso Suwito is a highly experienced maritime and logistics professional with over 20 years of expertise in port operations, project execution, and complex logistics management.
